Thank you for this year – and for the strong one ahead
The year is coming to an end.
Time to pause for a moment. Not for long – we all know how rare that is in crew life – but consciously.
This year was loud. Intense.
Full of shows, nightliner miles, build-up stress, adrenaline, sweat, improvisation, and that very special kind of magic only those know who work behind, beneath, and beside the stage.
You keep everything running.
While others celebrate, you break it down.
When something goes wrong, you step in.
And when everything runs perfectly, you’re often unseen – yet without you, there would be no moment that gives goosebumps.
For that, we say from the bottom of our hearts: thank you.
CrewCare means: people come first
CrewCare was created because we know how demanding this life is.
Long days, little sleep, constantly changing places, responsibility, pressure – and far too often the feeling of having to “just function.”
That’s why our wish for the new year is not an empty calendar phrase.
We wish you:
-
more breathing space between gigs
-
more awareness of your own limits
-
more moments where you don’t have to be strong
-
and people around you with whom you can simply be yourself
Mental health is not a luxury.
It’s the foundation for doing this job in a healthy way, for a long time, and with joy.
Looking ahead
The new year brings new shows, new places, new challenges.
And with CrewCare, also:
-
more exchange
-
more support
-
more space for you
You don’t have to go through this alone.
Our wish for you
Make a good transition into the new year.
Whether quietly, tired, laughing, dancing, or asleep on the couch.
May the new year give you strength – not just demand performance.
May it offer you stability, even when things get loud.
And may it remind you: you are more than your job.
With that in mind:
We wish you a smooth transition and a healthy, powerful new year.
We look forward to everything that’s ahead – together with you.
