You have experience in the event industry – and a genuine heart for people?
We’re not looking for classic therapists or coaches who give advice on demand.
We’re looking for people with attitude, expertise, and real passion for supporting crews.
If you…
-
have experience in touring, festival operations, or large-scale events
-
hold a certified qualification (e.g. Mental Health First Aider, Coach, Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie (HPP), Psychologist, or a comparable background)
-
have additional training in stress management, trauma, resilience, or mental health
-
enjoy working closely with crews – on site, over extended periods, during build-up, between shifts, and during load-out (approx. 10 days +/-)
-
have an open ear for worries, doubts, overwhelm, anger, homesickness, or simply a good conversation
-
have no issue with traveling and staying in hotels for several days or weeks
-
and you work as a freelancer on an invoice basis
- speak German and English as well
… then you might be the perfect fit for us.
At The Maya CrewCare, we stand for a new approach to mental-health presence in the event industry:
Not with clipboards and clichés, but grounded, present, non-judgmental, and on eye level.
Feels like this could be you?
Then get in touch — ideally with a few lines about you, your experience, and why you’d like to join our team.
